Create a task on the IOS App and set a custom date doesn't work
When I set a custome date for a new task on the IOS app, it is displayed differently to the desktop version.
Unfortunately the task is always shown in that part of "my work", which is opened when I created the new task. In my opinion this isn't logical.
I want to set custome dates for my taks created on the IOS app. These tasks should be displayed correctly in "my work" according to the dates I have set! Basically the IOS app should work the same way like the desktop version.
Hi Mathias, thanks for reaching out! The same dates should be synced and shown on the desktop version when you create a task in the iOS app. Just to make sure I understood correctly: are you seeing different dates, or are you referring to a different date picker? Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi Anastasia, the dates are synced correctly, but nevertheless the task is always shown to be done today, although the date is set for example for 17th of July (and should be shown at "to be done later"), look at the Screenshots below!
Mathias, thanks for clarifying! You're right, when you create a task from the My Work section, the task will be added to the section it was created from. However, this won't happen if you create it by tapping the green "+" at the bottom of the screen (you may need to update the app to see this option). Would this work for you?
Hi Anastasia, thanks for your answer!
Unfortunately, the problem also appears if I create the task by tapping the green "+" at the bottom of my screen. I tried it with 2 different tasks in different folders. Look at the screenshots below:
Creating the task on my IOS app (with green "+"):
... and the "result" on the dektop version:
The taks are shown at today (6th of June), although they are scheduled for 12th of June and 15th of June!
