Keyboard shortcuts can hamper workflow

In order to effectively use Wrike I rely heavily on keyboard shortcuts, however they are unusable in several key ways, which greatly hampers the work being done:

Keyboard shortcuts are not standardized across platforms. I'm frequently switching between Mac and Windows computers, and the fact that the shortcuts are entirely different on each platform is hugely frustrating.

Some of the keyboard shortcuts presented don't work at all. The most common instance I've found is the shortcut to create a New Task, which doesn't actually create a new task but opens a menu, slowing down the process of creating a task and negating the benefit of having a shortcut.
