Our team is fairly new to Wrike, but loving it already. We do a lot of our proofreading in Adobe Acrobat right now, but the more of it we can get into Wrike the more streamlined the workflow will be for our team. We're getting a decent amount of use out of the proofing and approvals feature, but there are a few things that would it SO much more user friendly:

1) Being able to edit comments after placing them. If I forgot something or made a typo, I have to delete the comment and start over. This would be a HUGE improvement.

2) Being able to move a mark on the image. The spot comment tool is super helpful, but I'd love to be able to move it after placing the initial mark somewhere on the page.

Thanks!

Cait

Hi again Cait! Thanks for all the feedback you're sharing, this is really helpful. I can see how editing comments could be useful (those unexpected typos happen to the best of us), and agree that this would make the process faster. Our Product Team monitors these suggestions, so it's great you posted this here!

Hi,

Has there been any movement or development on this? Does anyone have any feedback as how to streamline the comments like it does w/ Acrobat? Our writers are having a hard time 'following the dot' if you will when there are way too many cooks in the kitchen. They just need the main ingredients. Was hoping we could download the reviewed document and the comments would follow in order. Is this already in action and I am not finding it or is this something that could be put to motion?

Thank you,

 - Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth, can I ask what kind of documents you're editing at the moment?

Also, I just want to ensure that everyone here is aware that editing the comment text on images is available 👍

Hi Stephen,

We are submitting generally PDFs for review/approvals. When someone makes a comment or has multiple annotations it can be tough to track. Does this help?

@Elizabeth Tagging in for Stephen 😊It definitely helps! There's not functionality that lets you download with comments right now. I think Liz's request might be along the lines of what you're looking for though. Could you pop over to that thread and add a +1?

Hi Wrike community, Our team uses ProofHQ currently, and we need to have a tool that selects text and allows strike-through/replace, insert, edit as a Comment function in our proofing tool. As we are adopting Wrike, it would be great if Wrike Proof had this feature. Additionally, a measurement feature, and font size feature. We work with PDF docs, as well. Native files are in InDesign anb Illustrator.
