Marketing Calendars
Has anyone used the Calendar feature to plan out large scale marketing calendars? Ideally, looking to create and get approval on marketing plans (in calendar format) before putting an actual project into Wrike. I'm managing a team that has 200 projects in queue at any given time and need to manage the complexity and overlap. We have 120+ clients and operate 2,500+ events per year, in addition to other programming, that require marketing support.
I create a Space for larger campaigns. I use the layers to show each team member's tasks. I also include milestones for the campaign and create a "manual" input calendar so any team member can just add info to it. I like the Space idea because it helps the team members see all the different pieces of the campaign and that they can be viewed in multiple ways.
