2 Step Verification
Our company has had a paid Wrike subscription for almost 10 years. Data security is very important to our organization, and whenever it is available I and everyone in our company uses some kind of 2 step verification to protect our data. It occurred to me recently that this feature is not currently enabled on my Wrike account so I went into the settings to try to fix that. However, when looking at the instructions I couldn't see those options. I submitted a support request to Wrike and was informed that only the Enterprise plans have these features. I believe that in our current environment, some kind of multi-factor authentication should automatically be available on any kind of business software, especially when one has a paid subscription and has been a loyal customer for years. I hope that Wrike will consider expanding this feature to the "Lower" tier of users because even if we don't give Wrike as much money we still consider the security of information to be critical to our operations.
