I created my own dashboards, one for me and for my employees. We also have custom workflows and overall project statuses, so it's more specific to us and easier to understand where the item stands.

It depends what it is as to who handles procurement. It can be CT, Operations, or CRM. I don't have much to do with it though, so I'm not an expert.
We also have a customized field at the project level called "Priority" and have three levels of High, Medium, and Low. We can report and create dashboards utilizing this field.

This is a great template, but our CT department uses something else (not wrike) and has a different process set up.
I use the iOS app if I need to quickly check out something just sent to me or an easy response. I have some troubles using the app, so I do not use it very much.
