using tag/variable also should be useful, so we can insert {ID} in subject and/or in message or everywhere we want also for {user}, {project}, and so on....
thanks for reply i've already activated job number, it's very useful for me, but i cant add it in subject for activities created with request form, the only way i've found is to leave subject blank...

i use wrike from linux and font seems pretty ugly i think i've not the correct font, if i "force" browser to use system font it seems better (but still not perfect) what are the fonts used ? thanks
