Thanks! In addition to duplicating calendar, having option to duplicate the layer within the calendar would also help.
Just like Report and Dashboard tools can be duplicated to a different space, Calendars should also have the option to duplicate (along with all the layers and settings of that calendar).

Lisa actually I managed to figure it out. There is a way to go to the settings of the space and set the workflow for that space.
Yes, just like there is option to set workflow for projects and folders, there should be a way to do it for the space as well.
