Ryan Benton yes but you can easily see which are not yours by the photo. I was able to quickly unfollow a bunch because my photo wasn't showing - it's not perfect but it's still functional.

  3. Set "All Tasks" as Default List View

I too set the sticky filter to "All Active Tasks" and each  time it defaults back to "My active tasks"
