Hi Brandi, have you tried using @+ assignees or @ + followers? That way it will send your message to the inbox of whomever is assigned or shared (followers) the task.

We use custom fields for home and staff lists that we use on request forms; however, we would want to be able to copy the assignees and folder tags for these custom field lists.

What browser are you using? I would suggest that you clear your cache, delete your browsing history, uninstall and reinstall your browser and document editor.

Thank you. We resolved the issue by having the colleague download the Wrike desktop App and install it from there.
