Also agree that this is a critical feature. Since the 'Completion date' field is not editable, created a custom field to indicate the actual completion date of the task only to find that I can not ...

Also found it a bit annoying that the task completion date can not be edited! Will try Devree Czupinski's work around. Thanks.
