I'd like to add one more feature request for request forms: choosing who to assign the form to when it's submitted.

3. Request Time Spent Report in Column Mode can use Time Spent Time as Value

Adding my vote for this feature - it's weird that the column view shows a count and not sum of time spent. The latter is definitely the more important piece of data.
