  3. Create a list view of all tasks I follow using the "Following" feature, which I can then put on dashboard

There is a Dashboard widget named "Tasks I Follow" the description says it See a list of tasks you follow but are not assigned to". It doesn't work - it seems to put all the team's tasks regardless...
