In general, display flexibility features on dashboards would be very valuable. Displaying custom fields, especially if they could be calculations, would be a huge benefit to my team right now.

Even displaying the first few lines of the forwarded email would be a help when scanning through a task's stream of comments. Hiding everything behind the ... requires you to click on every forward...
