This is a fundamental requirement.  I was showing the application to new team members today and they just shook their heads at the absence of this feature.

Do you have a mechanism where users can vote on proposed improvements? I can't say I'm keen nor have the time to go looking through the various threads to vote on improvements.

Is there an update on this request?  The lack of support for a shared mailbox is making it difficult to implement a re-engineering of an intake process.
