This caused a problem for me this week too!  I went to the table view and the columns that were there last week were missing.  It took me a while to figure out what was going on.

I noticed early on when I cancelled something it was not considered like a closed item like I thought it should.  Being able to cancel something and have it be treated as a closed item would be won...
