Images/Thumbnails in reports

Hi! My team was hoping to incorporate thumbnail images from tasks in reports (instead of having to click on the link)... would like to see this feature added! Thanks!

We also would like to see to an OOO feature. We have remote offices so no way of knowing who is on vacation, etc.
