This is the reason why I never delete a user right away as long as I'm not at my user limit. It's a little weird to see them in the 'assignable' users list, but that means I can take the time after...

Cheers to that! I second it wholeheartedly. I tried to get my team to adopt dashboards and this stopped them dead in their tracks.

I feel like this is now implemented.... see screenshot. This window is found in Account Management > Request Forms> Configure emails (top right)
