@Stephanie : I guess the option can be provided as a configuration in settings. Those who turn on can have it assign to themselves and others can use it accordingly. This can be a user level settin...

Hi Anastasia,    It is highly annoying. Further. I would need to do multiple works to do this. It should at least be possible in the personal folder.    Regards,  Pradheep
