I just changed my Work Schedule to "Wednesdays off" and now no-one in my org is allowed to work Wednesdays!What the hell??

We have a bunch of employees working different days of the week. Like countless other orgs. I tried changing MY work schedule (don't work Wednesdays) and now no-one else in the organisations is all...
