Anastasia, it would be nice if we could use the "planned" figure AND  sum (aka: actuals) in reports at the same time so we could plot planned vs actuals in a graph.  As it is right now, we only get...

You could go with decimals, e.g. 23.6w.

I was thinking "custom fields" that ONLY showed up at the Project Level would take care of most of this.
