@Stephen, I am an Administrator on my account, however we only have a Professional account, not an Enterprise. Is that the issue? If so, I'm unsure why this function would be limited to Enterprise ...

I do not have these options, only Delete. Is there a difference if it's a collaborator versus and licensed user?
