Definitely need this.  Being able to have our own project statuses would also me mean the standard reports are useful.

Agreed, although what we require is the ability to have something reoccur on the 25th of the month or the closest working day thereafter.

I agree, custom fields that only have two words and are missing the second word are causing user confusion as they don't think to click to expand.
