I agree Julien. The request here is basic. While your answer and tone are appreciated, I think we (paying users) would rather know if this basic functionality will be coming to Wrike

Being able to export to PDF seems so fundamental that not having it is almost alarming. Help. This is needed.

It would seem that this could/should be considered for development? Creating dummy tasks to work around these types of things seems silly.

The timeline snapshot - is it possible to have the zoom go to the month level? It does when looking in timeline but does not for the snapshot.
