We could use this as well.  Adding an approval after the creation from the blueprint is tedious and could easily be automated at the blueprint level.  HELP PLZ!

This would really be beneficial for our company as well.  Rather than having a bunch of short answer or paragraphs if we could use a table it would be so helpful and make more of our current forms ...
