Yes - this idea should be applied globally. System needs to remember how I set my sorting, column sizes, etc and reproduce that every time I hit a page or view where I've updated these settings. Ot...

I'd settle for it just remembering how I had things sorted last time. If I sort something, it should stay sorted that way even if I leave that view and return to it.
