I could not agree more. I need to get notified about duplicated tasks the same as any other task. If that's too many notifications for some, they can opt out.

Agreed. Or at least a notification "hey all the tasks are complete, do you want to mark the project complete?"

  3. In reports, honor the actual parent folders for the selected projects/folders

I need to see the top-level parent folder in reports, not just the immediate sub-level folder.
