I am having a similar problem, I used the standard GET/ tasks call with the additional parameter ?fields=[customFields], and I see tasks, but no columns for customs fields.

Any updates on this? I'm epecially interested in using wrike as a ticketing system and this data on individual taks/tickets would be useful

No, I looked at workflow reports, and that does not give me the info that I want. I don't want an average for the tasks, I want the data on each individual task. This data is being captures, I can ...
