I can confirm this does nor work via request forms. It is the same problem we have to get "not active statuses" of tasks via Blueprints. This also only works manually, not via request forms.

Hi and agree with Anna, we also use Blueprint-templates in our request forms. At the end of the day, the new templates should at least meet the requirement that they can be used in the forms too.
