MB  Only ideas I have with current functionality would be:  If you have a request form that you use to intake work, create a custom field for the date of submission and ask the user to fill it out....

Hi Nicole DiTrani If you create a custom field that is pre-filled in for that task in your blueprints then you could put a condition on the automation. A rough example is below.
