Hi - would this include account calendars? Or is tis more about the feature "Calendars". 

A huge issue I have is that automation does not include weekends/holidays based off of our account calendar.

I would like to be able to add the same calendar to multiple spaces' Tools section in the navigation. For example, let's say we have a travel calendar of when team members are out of the office. I'd like to have that calendar show up in multiple spaces in the Tools section.

I'd also like to be able to create preset calendar views of combined calendars or layers. Right now, if you want to see multiple calendar items at once, you have to go to the global Calendars section, and check off the layers from different calendars you want to see. There should be a way to create a view or preset of this to easily recall at any time. And preferably be able to put that view on a Tools menu or a bookmark to easily recall it from different places.

Another issue is saving view settings on calendars. I have a projects calendar that shows me high level project timelines that makes the most sense to see in a quarterly view (along a timeline).  Other calendars make more sense to view on a monthly grid. However, these views don't stick. If I chose to view the projects calendar by Quarter, and then I navigate to a space and select a calendar to view within that space, it comes up in Quarter view instead of Month view. This is annoying. The different calendars should remember their view so we don't have to constantly change it every time we view them.

Elizabeth Bayer, I totally agree. There is zero link between calendar objects in Wrike, and the system work schedules. We about the work schedules each year for holidays, but those don't show up on any calendar within the workspaces of Wrike. I have to create a "project" called Holidays and add tasks for the holidays in order to have a holidays calendar.

Same issue goes for PTO as well. I have to treat PTO as a project with tasks and request forms. But they can't be linked to the work schedules so I have to do double work to maintain both. There is no link between system work schedules and the workflow of spaces and projects and calendars.

Hi-

We use Calendars quite a bit based of Tactics and Teams.   I use the Creative Team's Workload Calendar for scheduling Task and execution kick off.   We also have set up Calendars for different Tactics color coded by requesting group.  Our Creative Team's Workload Calendar is set up color coded by stage of each Task which is very help as well.

We have found that when we set up our Task in the Campaign, we have to review and update the time allocated for each day.  We use Flexible on drop down on Task schedule.   When we look at the Workload Calendar, many times the Task shows as Basic so we have to adjust to Flexible there as well.   When it does show the Flexible set up, the time is divided across the number of days the task is set up for.   Is it possible to some how have full hours auto-populate on first day/Start Date day? 

We have had some issues this week where we moved a Campaign to "Hold" status.   When I look at the Team Calendar, I no longer see the Tasks of the Campaign but the total time scheduled isn't adding up to the tasks showing.   When another Admin looks at the Team Calendar, she can see the Task and time scheduled for the Task on Hold.   Wondering if there is a reason why we are looking at the same calendar but seeing different things.  Could it be a timing issue or different authorization setting?

I'm newer to Admin setting so maybe there is a spot in Wrike that helps - is there a way to put in 1/2 day vacation time off or do we need to set up a Task for that?  Right now dropdown option doesn't allow for a spot to block out a set number of hours just block out the full day.   

Reading the comments above and different spots, it looks like there is a way to connect Team meeting/Chats back to Wrike Task through an integration.   Am I understanding correct and if so, any chance of being pointed into that direction?   Currently I'm taking screen shots and pasting into Task or copy of meeting link in to Task.

Thanks Lisa.   Sorry to be confused - we are using both.   My questions are with Workload Charts - shows individual's Tasks/time - and would appreciate help with these.   

Calendars is what we are using to track our Tactics and Related tasks due dates to those.   We have set up color codes for and breakdowns by Business Unit within each Calendar.  This has allowed our Portfolio Managers and Execution team to see at glance what is scheduled out for different Social Media and Emails for their efforts.

We enjoy using the calendar's a lot when they are functioning. The ease of adding activities from certain folders and then being able to take the iframe code to add into other tools is very helpful. However, there is currently a bug that our entire company (4+ business units) are all experiences our calendars keep deleting themselves which is very frustrating. Currently, we are utilizing calendars outside of wrike until the bug is found.

It would be nice to have a way to 'add' a calendar into other programs like Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.

I've already chatted with you & gave feedback, but as we build and use calendars more I have another feature request. It would be nice to be able to expand all/collapse all, at a minimum. Even better would be the ability to group them together into sections and expand/collapse per section.

Some feedback on the new Calendar view:

If a filter on a task-level is applied, it should filter out projects, and vice-versa. 

Milestones should show with a different icon or indicator - they look the same as one-day tasks right now.

Similar to Phylicia Flood, I have also had a calendar unexpectedly disappear/be deleted recently. I've already reached out to support about that issue, but would be interested in any future updates in this regard. 

One suggestion would be a way to "zoom" out on a calendar to still see the months worth, even though you have many tasks in each day. For example no matter how many tasks appear in a day, the size of the task rectangle stays the same, which then stretches the height of the day cell, and in turn shows less of the rest of the month, losing out on the 'whole month' view. I think someone may have mentioned  a high-level "view" already and I think that's a great idea.
