- Additional resources:
This template comes with a folder that contains the Champion Training Guide as well as a ready-to-use template for user training.
The Champion Training Guide is a folder with tasks that represent the five stages of a champion’s onboarding:
- Learn Wrike Basics
- Prepare the Wrike workspace
- Set up a knowledge base
- Run a Wrike kickoff meeting
- Prepare user training projects
Each task comes with detailed instructions on the steps involved as well as links to various Wrike resources that will help with successful champion training.
The template for user training, represented by three stages with tasks in it, is a handy tool for champions to onboard other Wrike users. It walks you through getting more familiar with Wrike basics like commenting on tasks, checking your Inbox, etc. After learning the basics, you can continue with setting up your workspace. The “Next steps” folder contains more Wrike learning resources and tips on how to get started with more advanced features.
The Wrike Training template also comes with a useful dashboard that can help you keep track of your training progress.
We hope this template becomes a useful tool for training champions and users so they can adopt Wrike with ease. Would you be interested in trying out this use case? Share your thoughts below 👇
