Feature Updates
- Wrike for Microsoft Teams - @Mentioning Available for Actionable Notifications 💬
Now you can @mention your colleagues in Microsoft Teams actionable messages using one of three options:
-@name.surname - be aware ☝ you need to type "@" and the exact full name for the @mention to work, no nicknames!
-@followers
-@assignees
- Work Templates - Quickly add Templates to Space Suggestions 🛰
We've added a new toggle for space-level work templates that allows space admins to quickly add a template to the suggested templates list for the entire space. Please remember work templates are in Labs 🧪, and might not be enabled on your account.
- Attachments - Updated Files List got a Makeover 💄
We've made a few changes to the files list that appears in the Task view and project/folder info panels:
-The new +Add files button is always visible above the list now
-File sorting options are now located under the two-arrows icon
-Download all and Delete all options are now under the three-dot menu button
-The checkboxes for mass-actions with files are now visible all the time and not just on hover
-Additionally, there are more minor updates to the look and feel of the overall files list and the list of files in approvals.
- Wrike Assistant - Refuses to be Outdone
While we're talking makeovers, Wrike Assistant is updated too, with a brand new look and feel 📦
- User Groups - Transferring Shared Resources Before Deleting a User Group ♻
Before: when admins wanted to delete a user group from their Wrike account they had to unshare all the items shared with that user group manually. This could take quite some time and wasn't ideal.
Now: they have the ability to transfer shared resources automatically when deleting the group. They will be asked to select a user or a group with whom all these shared resources will be shared instead.
Fixes
- Tasks Can't Be Pinned in Timesheets when using Safari Browser 🐘
When users tried to pin a task to Timesheets in Safari browser, nothing happened. It was odd, but we've fixed it now!
This is great! One thing I was thinking about recently - for the Wrike Assistant - wondering if it would be beneficial to add a quick link to the online Wrike Support Ticket page - so it's one click a way from submitting a ticket if something comes up?

I would also love to see a quick link to the online support page on the Wrike Assistant. That's a great idea Sherrie Besecker ! The question mark is such an obvious space for it to be right in the workspace 🙂

Thanks for the Teams update, it is always nice to see movement there. I am having issue getting the @mention to colleagues to work. The @follers and @assignees work fine, but I can't get it to @ a colleague following the format above.
I love the new download all option.
