[From Wrike] Community Guidelines 📖
ПрикрепленоWelcome to the Community!
The Wrike Community is a place where Wrike users can ask questions, share best practices, engage in discussions, connect and learn from each other. Here in the Community, we strive to help you do the best work of your life 💚
Community is a shared safe space
We are a diverse Community with members from different industries, with different backgrounds all here for learning, sharing, and collaboration. To keep the conversation and the platform a great place to be for all members please be kind, respectful, and nice to other members.
Wrike’s Community doesn’t accept any discrimination against age, ability, race, nationality, religion, orientation, or tolerate offensive posts or hate speech on the Community.
In order to maintain our Community as a safe and comfortable space, the Community team reserves the right to remove any post and any user account for any reason at any time.
Grow and expand your Wrike experience with Community
We value your opinion and expertise here in the Community. Please participate in discussions, create posts and contribute in our forums to share your challenges, best practices, and ideas.
To get the most out of our Community we encourage you to ask for help and offer help, no matter how big, small, or complex your question is we will try to answer your question to the best of our abilities.
Our Community grows every day, with Wrike members who are new to Wrike as well as seasoned users. Please join us in giving everyone who joins a warm welcome.
Be authentic
Our Community is unique because it’s made up of personal experiences shared by our members. Please use your own experience to ensure the Community is an authentic space with real and relatable conversations.
Search and Follow
There might be Community members who’ve thought of the same thing and posted about it on the Community before you did. Use the search bar and select the related forum from the left side to narrow the results.
You can also follow Community members, threads, and forums that you'd like to receive notifications for via email. Click the the follow button to do so.
Network and Connect with Wrike users from all over the world
Our Community aims to bring our members together to collaborate, connect and learn from each other.
While networking is encouraged, we do not allow any form of advertisement on the Community, and posts including links will be filtered for approval of the Community team - of course, you can use links to non-advertisement related content but your post might take a bit of time to show up as these are flagged for review.
Information in the Community
Wrike is changing and evolving every day with new and improved features, added tools, functions, and updates. Therefore, some content, posts, and information on the Community might not be accurate, or up to date. Please always check the date on Community posts and if you suspect, or notice something that needs to be changed, please ask the Community team by @mentioning or simply leaving a comment under the respective post.
The Weekly Release Notes forum is the best place to keep up to date with all of the latest news on releases and updates. Please follow the forum to receive notifications on the newest information shared there.
Privacy is important for us
Posts submitted by members are not approved by the Community team before being posted. Therefore, please be careful not to share images, details, etc. that might contain sensitive information. The Community is a public space and all posts on the Community are visible to the public.
Flagged posts/comments
If your post contains a link(s) to any website (including Wrike’s site), it will require approval at the discretion of a Community team member. This helps us to avoid any potential security concerns. The same goes for profanity, even if it’s a positive expression please choose an alternate as it will be flagged.
Last but not least, please don’t be a spammer. If the level and frequency of posting by an account has an effect on our ability to respond to other users, the Community team reserves the right to remove any post(s) and any user account at any time.
Community badging
Community members have the opportunity to earn badges for participating in the Community. These badges have an expiration date and this is communicated in the digital badge you receive when issued. If you’re an active member, your badge will be automatically renewed at the date of expiration. If we see that you’re no longer an active Community member, we may remove your badge. We’ll be in touch to let you know if this is going to happen.
Thank you for taking the time to read our guidelines and a huge thanks for being a part of our Community 💚
