We’re happy to announce yet another exciting release from Wrike’s team: Work Intelligence™. 

Work Intelligence™ is an artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technology that uses rich data and deep insights to produce cognitive capabilities that facilitate engagement, provide predictions and recommendations, and boost automation.

Below are the functionalities that use Work Intelligence™ to help organizations and teams accelerate results by: 

• Avoiding and reducing project delays through timely predictions (Project Risk Prediction).
• Reducing latencies through advanced communication tools (Smart Replies) and digitization (Document Processing).

Project Risk Prediction

Project Risk Prediction uses ML technology to predict potential project delays and alert project owners early and also provides them with the possible causes for the delay. This allows them to take action in a timely manner to reduce delays. It uses signals like start and end dates, tasks extending beyond project deadlines, and prior outcomes from similar projects to assess medium and high risks and sends email digests to alert users. The predictions can be used as inputs to the Automation Engine to trigger actions and automate the activation of different scenarios based on project risk.

Smart Replies 

It will soon be possible to take quick actions to progress work by responding to notifications and activity with ML-generated automated quick replies based on the context of the conversation thread. You can choose between three suggested responses for each @mention received in your Wrike for Android app. 

Document Processing 

Document Processing uses optical character recognition (OCR) technology to digitize and convert printed documents and handwritten notes into editable text files by using your iOS device camera as a scanner. The document is then saved in the task description.
