With a little restructuring, I'm taking on making changes to our Wrike environment as needed. I'm trying to set up a new top-level folder, and can't seem to find a way to do it. I can create folders all day, just not at the very top level. Is this done somewhere else? Is this a permissions I need to set up for myself? Or maybe I'm missing some simple step. Dragging didn't seem to work.
Maybe I need to create a new department? I'm not seeing where to do that?
