I have a project where subtasks run several levels deep. I'm not able to effectively use the "add folder/project" search to tag my tasks because the search doesn't return the correct results. I'm using this feature to maintain separate folders to show critical path and milestones for various teams. I'm also taking meeting notes in a separate folder and then trying to get those tasks tagged into the project workflow.
Not being able to utilize the search really hurts my productivity. The feature is great but it takes several minutes to get each task properly tagged. Wrike is great for managing projects that are already created and never need to be modified. Wrike could use help in improving the project creation and modification workflow.
