I'm halfway through the Silver Certification process with a goal of finishing by early November. How will this change impact me? (I would love to have the option of pausing my Silver Certification and get transitioned over to the certification process with no additional fee!)

Hi folks!

Eric Fiero Thanks!

Pietro Poli This may not be possible yet, but that's the plan 👍

Daisy Hibbard you have two options:

  • Continue your Silver certification and get the Silver badge that will be valid for 1 Year. Once it expires, you will need to sit the Wrike Certified Professional exam to renew your product certification.
  • Continue on the Wrike Certified Professional learning path and sit the WCP exam. It's recommended if you're early on in the Silver path or if you want to get your learning in Wrike Lightspeed.

I'll ask our Wrike Discover specialists to reach out to you 🙂

Does changing from the "old" certificates mean a recertification or a completely new certification (especially regarding the costs)?

Hey Sven Passinger, could you please clarify - are you in the process of being certified at the moment or do you already have one of the certificates?

Lisa I do not understand how this influences your answer. I generally asked if I have a certificate, will it a recertification or do I have to buy the more expensive new certificate? For me personaly I have already both silver cerificates (product mastery and report mastery).

Apologies for the confusion Sven Passinger! All certifications issued prior to the new certification updates are valid till their expiration dates. To get recertified, candidates with a Bronze or Silver certificate need to sit the recertification exam which is offered at $199 - it's a lower price compared to the full fee. Hope this helps 🙂

Lisa some of my colleagues are looking into taking the certification, but we have a question in regards to the time to complete the certification. As we have the summer holidays coming up, we were wondering if there is a limited time frame from purchasing the certification course until it has to be completed?

Hi Thomas, it's great to hear that your colleagues are considering taking the Wrike Certified Professional!

Stepping in for Lisa to address your question: There is a 90-day completion deadline for the certification, which begins from the day of enrollment. If they purchase the certification course directly from Wrike Discover, they will be enrolled immediately, and their 90-day time frame will start at that moment.

I hope this answers your question, let me know if you have any more questions :)

Enjoy your summer holidays!

Hi! I am unable to access this course. After clicking 'Enroll Now,' I am directed to a page with two tabs: 'About this course' and 'Content.' On the 'Content' page, I can only see the training material information but cannot start the course itself.

Could you please assist me with this or direct me to the correct space/team? Thanks in advance (:
