[Best Practice] Rewarding Your Team Members 🏆
Hi there, Community! 👋
Today we’d like to share a creative way of rewarding your team members for the work they’ve performed. One of Wrike’s customers held a 2021 awards ceremony and created Wrike-related categories. They had awards for team members who assigned or completed the most tasks, who were the most innovative, and more!
Take a look at the certificates 🕶️
Recognizing your team like this is a great way to reinforce the idea that “If it’s not in Wrike, it doesn’t exist”. It encourages both new and seasoned team members to embrace this concept, and it's always great to be appreciated!
We wanted to share this with you so that you can think about something similar for your team and business.
Or maybe you’re already doing something like this? If so we’d love to hear about this or any related thoughts in the comments below👇
Love this idea! What is the easiest ways to pull those metrics for an account?
This is fantastic! We're still struggling to adopt new Collaborators and users, but providing certificates should add to the fun of doing so.
Hey Charlotte Fawcett, we're checking this out and will be back to you ASAP 👍
Thanks for sharing Anthony Fronza, we're big fans too!

I love this so much! We had a Wrike Awards Ceremony on our first anniversary of using Wrike. My award names weren't nearly as creative though. 😉
We also had a local business make custom cookies for us!
@... can you tell me how to pull the reports for top assignee and "finisher", just want to make sure i'm doing them correctly. Thanks!
Amazing, will be downloading this to help design some custom ones!
I'm looking forward to hearing how it goes for your team Lennyroy Robles 👀
