[Best Practice] Rewarding Your Team Members 🏆

Hi there, Community! 👋

Today we’d like to share a creative way of rewarding your team members for the work they’ve performed. One of Wrike’s customers held a 2021 awards ceremony and created Wrike-related categories. They had awards for team members who assigned or completed the most tasks, who were the most innovative, and more! 

Take a look at the certificates 🕶️

Recognizing your team like this is a great way to reinforce the idea that “If it’s not in Wrike, it doesn’t exist”. It encourages both new and seasoned team members to embrace this concept, and it's always great to be appreciated!

We wanted to share this with you so that you can think about something similar for your team and business.

This is fantastic! We're still struggling to adopt new Collaborators and users, but providing certificates should add to the fun of doing so.

I love this so much! We had a Wrike Awards Ceremony on our first anniversary of using Wrike. My award names weren't nearly as creative though. 😉

We also had a local business make custom cookies for us!

Hello Charlotte Fawcett, you can pull reports for the top assignee and "finisher" but the other ones are much more subjective so it would be a good opportunity to have people nominate/vote on people.

Hello Charlotte Fawcett, of course! You'd need to create a Report from the menu on the right-hand side of your home page.
 
 
Before creating a report have your Wrike Awards criteria ready. This could be the award period, employees participating, Space/Folder/Project that is hosting the tasks that are going to be included for the awards, etc. From the Reports page select to create a custom report with selections of details you'd like to reflect. It could be as simple as the time period and data source or you can add more details.
 
Group by Status and Assignees in order to easily see the ranking. You can create a similar report for projects following the same process.
