Wrike Discover has just released a new e-learning course - 704 Agile Best Practices!
 
 
Agile has become a leading project management methodology in the last few years and its approach can go far beyond just one type of team. Agile is an iterative way of working that helps you deliver sought-after products. This course will take you from understanding the basic concepts and terminology of agile to beginning to create the systems and processes you need to work. 
 
By the end of this course, you will be able to explain the fundamentals of agile methodology and how to begin applying those fundamentals.
 
Here’s what you will do:
  • Create a folder structure and a blueprint that supports an agile work process 
  • Use a kanban board to organize work 
  • Define key agile terminology 
  • Understand how to collect product feedback using request forms

Very good ideas in this course. And I've worked for the first time with an Excel sheet to import a folder and task structure!

But I also found a little mistake in the instruction: The "Completed status of the Kanban workflow is named "Done", not "Completed, as shown here:

This was interesting, although I wasn't able to do the activities. EX: when I opened my Personal space, there was not a Training folder. The link to the Agile template took me to an Onboarding template. https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003549734-Onboarding-Templates

Very well done course!  Occasionally we have a need to work with an Agile methodology, but that is not always the case.  The idea that we can be completely flexible in our Project Planning in Wrike it incredibly valuable!

@Elizabeth, the training folder is not in your personal space by default, you'd need to create it first as the first step of the practical exercise and the link is there to show how to access templates in the workspace. We used the "Onboarding Templates" as an umbrella term to represent all the Workspace templates, and Agile one is one of the templates that you will find by following the instructions on that link. Please let me know if you have any questions 🙋🏻‍♀️
