I have just invited a new user and showed him a workflow (via create (+) -> Request -> Workflow -> etc)
Then he accepted the invite and tried to do the same but cannot see the workflow (request forms) under request. We have typed in the name of the workflow / request and tried to update / replicate the latest changes in the system but still the workflow / request is invisible to him.
How can we ensure that this workflow / request form is visible to all users?
