Seeing others users My Work
Is there any way for my team to be able to share their my work folders? So that other users can see what tasks are in their My Work?

The only way I know how to get this done is to use filters. First there some steps need to be followed. The first step, the person that wants to know this information will need to be able to view all the folders that the "My Work" tasks would be in for the individual in question. Second, browse to the higest level folder that would contain all of the tasks in question. The best is probably at the company project level. Use filters to show tasks assigned to the individual in question. It should pull up everything that would show in the "My Work" folder. You can then save this to a Dashboard for quicker reference in the future.
