Did Wrike purge permanent access tokens?

Just curious. Had an application stop working today that used a permanent access token. When I went to the API config page for that app on Wrike it said no token existed, despite there being one a few days ago. Luckily, this app is still in development, so no harm done, but a coworker with a few apps in production had the same thing happen to him.

Just curious if something occurred recently to wipe out permanent access tokens.

In case others run across this, support sent the follow five scenarios in which permanent access tokens may be deleted:

  1. The user manually revokes the token in API app settings.
  2. The user resets their password.
  3. The user becomes deactivated.
  4. Admin signs in as the token author with the "Log in as this user" button in AM (this action leads to user deactivation).
  5. Account admin changes password strength policy. It logs users out and forces them to reset their password in case it does not meet the requirements. However, if their current password does meet the requirements, users are not logged out, yet the existing tokens become invalidated and might go unnoticed.

It looks like in our case #5 occurred.
