We are having the same issue. Most people have contracts for 36 hrs (9 hours a day),  32 hrs a week, or even 24 hours per week. What really helps is a work schedule that could define the # of hours...

Hey Lisa, Is it correct that it is still not possible to change the number of hours per working day (flexible to choose Mo-Tue- Wed-Thu-Fry)?   Regards Cees
