The Champion Training Guide is a folder with tasks that represent the five stages of a championโs onboarding:

We just implemented a new user training program for new full users in Wrike last year! This would have been great to make use of when we started! This also takes me back to the early days of our account with Wrike and going through the Champion training!
We introduced a standard training project two years ago. It was looking very similar. We had some basic trainings (via presentations) and we made for any user also some Wrike trainings tasks personal fitted to their job. So everybody got the theory but also practical training.
The best was to make a seperate training space were everybody could do anything. People just tried and that was at the end a system keeping itself alive. At some point we stopped it and archived the space, but until that people really played with Wrike.
The template looks very helpful to many people, and I'm sure I would have liked it when I implemented wrike at my company years ago. However, we have a few training documents that I made, depending on the new user and role they will have in wrike. We are not able to to use any standard wrike training as it varies too much of what they can see or do. The document along with a meeting (in person or virtual) to go over everything is what works best for our company right now.
Currently, we train by user and role with internal documents created however we have new employees starting this year and this could be something that we tie in with the documents. I like Sven Passinger's mention of the separate training space!ย
We have a list of Wrike videos for new users to watch - with first a personal introduction of how to navigate. Then we have a SOP that explains our particular ways of handling our system in Wrike.
This would have been immensely beneficial 3 years ago when we started Wrike - not so much now
Debbie Brownlie Are these videos that you/your team created or certain ones from wrike? If you guys created them, what did you use to do so? Thanks.
Abigail Saunders just the Wrike ones - would be cool to have some really personalised training videos too :)

I wish this was available last year when we trained the rest of the team. We created links for topics for starters that helps them navigate the platform thru https://library.wrike.com/handbook-best-practices/. Then we created our own how-to-instructions that explains how to manage our spaces, tasks and approvals in Wrike.
Thanks a lot for your comments here, folks! I understand that many of you may already have a training process implemented, but we're hoping that some of these materials can come in handy and be included in your current processes ๐

same, i wish this was available when i rolled out new process/structure changes to the team.
they have been using wrike for 2 years (4 months for me) and they didnt have a real solid process nor familiarity with wrike. i created a separate testing space and walked through the process + best practices of creating a project. i showed them a video of me creating a project, how to use blueprints and assigning effort throughout.
end result: the team is really happy that we have a structured process and wrike is now easier to use.
Love this - and already started implemented something very similar to this so looking forward to testing this template for sure!
We are starting to conduct some new training, so will take a look and see how we can utilize this template.ย
Glad to hear this can be useful for your teams ๐ค

For team members we use the Wrike videos (it's great because not everyone speaks English and the videos have Portuguese subtitles) and a training session via Zoom. For clients we do the training session via Zoom, record it and share it with them later. As they are collaborator type users, it's more focused on request forms, searching for things and approval/proofing process.

Great to hear that Neyl Walecki! I assume you mean Wrike Discover courses that now come with subtitles in several languages?ย
