[From Wrike] New Use Case Template Series Kick Off ๐ซ

Based on the feedback that weโve received from you previously, it looks like many of you found our Use Case Template series on the Community really useful, so weโre very happy to announce that weโll be kicking off a new series very soon on the Community!ย
If you have any suggestions on what youโd like to see included/covered, now is a perfect time to share. Please comment below with your ideas!ย
And while weโre all getting ready for more use case ideas, we would like to share a couple of updates from the use case template gallery.
Search
As there are more and more templates being released every quarter, we have recently introduced search in the use case gallery! Now itโs easier to find what you are looking for - start typing โagileโ, โrequestsโ etc. and see the available options.ย
New Template: RAID with Dependencies

I have not found a use case for the templates because they create a new space. It would be more beneficial to our team if we had the option to use them more like blueprint for individual projects.ย
Managing a production workflow would be nice (machine usage, personal, ...)

Really liked the retrospective template (Wrike link) from last year.
Gravitate toward the new templates in the basic & general purpose categoriesโ like actionable meetings, simple agile (retrospective).

These new templates are awesome however, we have created our spaces already and these will only benefit as you create a new space or spaces. But maybe in the future, once Sales is on board, this will probably help us down the road.
I second Melynda Willis - I would use more templates if there was an option to just create the project in an existing Space, rather than it making a new space that then I have to clean up.ย

I agree with Melynda Willis as well. The new space just creates more work for us. I do love the concept of the templates though!
The template is nice, but it would indeed be nice if they can be integrated in the current workflows in place.
I agree with others, allow us to use the templates in our already created spaces. I now have many spaces that need to be managed or removed.
Unfortunately, spaces do not work for our company (reviewed by wrike and they agree). However, if they did I would always request more for anything software development related that is not purely agile, but hybrid.
A template for a team that has to manage recurring work regularly would be great!

I second Debbie, HR use cases templates would be incredible.

Use-Case templates would be very beneficial to our enterprise but I don't like that it creates a new space. We have projects that are more robust than a blue print but aren't in need of a whole space if that makes sense. It would be great if we could just add to a space.
