Not entirely sure the perspective you are looking for here:
If you are looking to have applicants submit information to you/your team - I would suggest building an external facing Request Form. From there - you'd be able to tailor the questions you have towards the requirements you are seeking - plus you could assign specific tasks to different managers or team members if needed too.
If you are looking to track open positions - you could always create a new space and use tasks and a custom workflows to manage your open positions.
In building the request form, I would look at what questions are repetitive when you get a vacancy (ex. if you ask for a job description, allow them to upload a file). Starting from there, you will have more insight to determine what the request form needs to do for you as well as your custom work flows, space, tasks, etc.
I agree with Shelly, start looking for information that you will need that is repetitive. You could also think about particular questions that could lead the requestor to another set of information needed, maybe based on department.
lamia al-sahli I think we would need more information what you really need. I agree with the others that a request form seems to be the answer to your question.
I agree with Sven. More information is needed. But like what the rest suggested, request form is the way to go. You can even do a dynamic request form to be able to cover all necessary information you need.
Following the conversation -thanks!
Our HR department doesn't work in Wrike but if this is to get information from managers about what to put in a job posting, I totally see the value of a request form. If this is to get information from applicants about a job posting, I don't think Wrike is the way to go.
