[From Wrike] Update to our plans ๐๏ธ
Hi folks,ย
We have some exciting news to share with you. From today, July 1st, we have new plans available. These plans are as follows:ย
You can check out this comparison page on our Help Center for more information on these new plans.ย
Why are you making these changes to your plans?ย
Weโre updating our plans to simplify our pricing, pack more value into our base plans, and create an easier buying experience for our customers. The goal of these new plans is to offer functionality tailored to your team's needs, with the opportunity to easily upgrade as your security and scalability needs increase.
Iโm with Wrike already, what does this mean for me?ย
When your account is due for renewal, youโll be able to discuss your plan with your Wrike representative who will be happy to advise on the best fit for you.ย
Can I move to one of these plans now?ย
If youโre already a Wrike customer, you can review your subscription with your Wrike representative when itโs time for your renewal. Please reach out to your Wrike representative for more information on this.ย
Can I stay on the plan Iโm on now?ย
It may be possible to remain on your current plan based on when your subscription is due for renewal. Your Wrike representative will be able to share more detail with you on this in relation to your account specifically.ย
How can I tell what plan Iโm on?ย
To find out which type of plan youโre on currently, go to your account settings and select Account info. Your plan type is listed there along with other relevant information. Note, external users and collaborators cannot access this information. Please check with your account admin if youโre unable to see this information.
Our Help Center has been updated to show information and availability for both these new plans (created after July 1st, 2021) and our legacy plans (created/renewed before July 1st, 2021). Here, youโll be able to easily see what functionally is available on what plan.ย

Restricting Job Roles and HTML Proofing to Enterprise Pinnacle?ย That sucks.ย Will they be available as add-ins on the lower plans?ย ย
Hi, Russell Sprague, thank you for reaching out!
We have added a lot of functionality, such as Workload Charts, Effort, Timesheets, Proofing, and more into our base subscriptions. And you are correct that Job Roles and HTML proofing are now available on the Enterprise Pinnacle subscription. We understand that these changes impact our customers differently, depending on your current plans and feature usage. If you'd like me to reach out to your Wrike Account Team to schedule a time to speak with you about these changes and your best options, I'd be happy to do so.

Hi Lisa, how are you?
I'm worried too about the Budgeting and Job Roles moving to the highest tier (Enterprise Pinnacle). You could offer any amount of new functionality for the base plans, and it would not replace the ones you're taking away for the clients that rely on them, like us and Russell Sprague.
We just renewed our contract for another year, so I know the change won't impact us now, but I worry what might happen on the next renewal. Our account manager said that we can keep the discontinued plan, but I fear Wrike could start to add new functionality only to the new plans, than it would be awful as it can be seen as a way to push us to the new plans anyway (that is what usually happens with any SaaS product, unfortunately).
And you said Budgeting is available on the base plans, that not what shows in here: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058001433#UUID-37fbc440-1c1a-3002-beff-fb68c849fb5b
I'm hoping more clients show this concern as well, so Wrike can correct this as soon as possible.
Thanks
Thanks Lisaย Our renewal is coming up at the end of this month, so I am sure our Wrike reps will reach out soon.ย Those two feature are at the top of the most used features for us on the Business plan currently, and I doubt management will let us upgrade to Enterprise, unless we can get it for the same price:)ย This will throw a wrench in our Wrike processes that we finally got running smoothly.
Hi Neyl Walecki!
First of all, thank you for sharing your feedback and voicing your concerns, Iโve passed this on to the relevant teams here.ย
Youโre correct in saying that Budgeting is available for Wrike Pinnacle customers with the new Wrike Plans, Iโve edited my previous comment so thereโs no confusion. I apologize for the miscommunication. If thereโs anything else I can help with here, please do let me know.ย
Hi Russell Sprague,
Your Account team will definitely be reaching out to you soon about this. They will do their best to assist with your queries and concerns and will be happy to discuss the best option for you to ensure weโre meeting your needs.ย
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on this with us here on the Community and if you need any further assistance here, donโt hesitate to ask ๐
