Bookmarks - Not Working?
I must be missing something, I appear to have no ability to add items to Bookmarks. I've attempted to follow all steps outlined in the Bookmarks help section (https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021667233-Bookmarks) but it appears to not be working.
This took me a while to figure out and the best way to add these bookmarks is through the web application and not the desktop app. You will need to copy and paste the web address and then add a new bookmark and paste the copied web address to get the bookmark. You will need to do this for reports, dashboards, calendars and third-party web pages. For tasks and folders, you will want to copy the permalink and paste that address when creating a new bookmark. If you need screenshots of what I mean let me know and I can do some up for you.

Thanks Ryan, I can see the upper-right hand + symbol now for adding bookmarks in the web app only.
I work mostly in the desktop app, so this would be a handy feature to have there as well.
I use the desktop app exclusively as well and was frustrated when I could not add bookmarks there as well. I played around a little bit till I figured it out in the desktop app.
Thanks Ryan. Another Bookmark quirk I've noticed, you can only add bookmarks to Spaces you are an Admin of. Regular users do not appear to have the ability to add Bookmarks.
That is correct, only Space Admins can add bookmarks but others can access them. Bookmarks that you often use can then be put in your personal space.
It would be helpful to allow other users of that space to add bookmarks to share with the group as well.
I've found the Admin of the space is not always the one with information they are looking to share with the group, it's more typically the people that are being assigned tasks and projects within that space.

I agree that all members of the group should be able to add bookmarks to share with the group. It defeats the purpose of the 'ease of finding' items if we have to go to other areas or to our inbox to locate an attachment that could have easily been added to bookmarks.
It appears as though Collaborators cannot add Bookmarks to their own Personal space. Could this be fixed? I think that since Collaborators can see the Bookmarks link under their Personal space, they should also be allowed to use it. Or it should be removed from view.
Otherwise, I really like this feature for spaces!

Currently, it is not possible for Collaborators to add Bookmarks to spaces. I'd recommend making a post suggesting this as a possible feature in our Product Feedback forum! Once the post reaches 60 upvotes, our Product Team will be able to give you a update on the status of the request.
