My Team [@myteam] tag
Hi,
I'm trying to tag all regular users in my organization with the MyTeam tag feature - there should be at least six or seven Regular users.
Apparently, the group is not shown among those available once selected the "@+my...".
Am I doing something wrong?

I've tried the three options explained in "My Team" article [share task, foledr or project], but it seems that MyTeam option is not shown (see attached).
Might this be due to something related to our profiles? I see, anyhow, that I am a Regular user (Professional Subscription).

@Stefano That doesn't look right. I can see that you typed "@m" and "@my" on the screenshots you provided. Have you actually tried typing "@my team" or "@ my team"? If it doesn't work, please let me know and I'll create a Support ticket for you. I would also suggest you contact your account admin to check out the existing groups you have in your account (an account admin can do this in the Account Management settings).

Hello,
I am the owner/admin for my team's Wrike space. Currently, all users are set up as Regular Users. However, none of them can @mention My Team. We have tried via each of the methods mentioned in this thread: @my team, @ my team, etc.
Any help to resolve this is appreciated. 😀
